WILL YOU BE ABLE TO BRING A TATTOO MODEL FOR THE CLASS? *

You will be tattooing living skin on a person on the last day of class (or another day if arranged). This person is known as your 'tattoo model'. You are required to bring in your own tattoo model on the designated day (usually the last day of class). Should you be unable to do so, we will provide one for you for a $150 +HST fee, subject to availability.

I will bring in my own tattoo/piercing model(s) and DO NOT REQUIRE one to be provided for me.

I will do I tattoo on MYSELF at the end of the course and WILL NOT REQUIRE a tattoo model from you.

I WILL REQUIRE a tattoo model/piercing models from you and understand that there is a service charge of $150 + HST for this to happen. I also understand that this is subject to availability.

We require a $500 deposit to secure your desire course schedule and date. Please indicate by what date we can expect your deposit. WANT TO SAVE $100? All of our courses have EARLY BIRD PRICING. Send us your deposit 2 WEEKS before the start date of a cllass and we will take $100 off the course fee for you!
